You are purchasing a hand-drawn, one-of-a-kind “Halloween Hollow” art piece.

This is a physical art piece that will be delivered by mail.

Please choose one type of character that you’d like to see interpreted in my “Halloween Hollow” style (for example, Vampire, Mummy, Sasquatch eating pizza, etc.) and send your request to [email protected]. Please include your full name and which kind of commission you purchased in the email to avoid confusion.

One character only, please.

KEEP IT SIMPLE. Well, relatively simple.

RULES
1. All art commissions are done in the artist’s particular style. The artist will not accept any art direction from the buyer, unless the buyer is asked for input.
2. What you get is what you get. The artist agrees to put his very best into each drawing in his particular style per the limited instructions from the buyer. There are no refunds.
3. Hand-drawn, one-of-a-kind pieces of art take time. Please allow up to six weeks for completion. Most art will be finished much sooner depending on the artist’s schedule and free time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Usage Restrictions: All sketches, mock-ups, and finalized commission work provided are strictly prohibited from duplication or resale in any manner without prior written consent from the artist, Reis O’Brien
2. Ownership and Usage Rights: Commissioned artwork is the exclusive property of Reis O’Brien. The artist reserves the right to utilize the commissioned work for creating prints or featuring it in future art books or other projects in the artist’s name, at the artist’s discretion.
3. Permission Requests: for inquiries or to request permission for resale or duplication, please contact Reis O’Brien at [email protected].
4. Discretionary Rights: The artist, Reis O’Brien, retains the right to exercise discretion and may deny any commission request, regardless of the reason provided.
5. Payment: Payment is required in advance before work begins, and only accepted through the purchase of a “commission spot” through the artist’s online store.

By purchasing this “commission spot”, you are agreeing to all the terms above.
